Cut Away Review- Sonic '06

An unrecognised classic? A work of contemporary art? A fable of probably better than nothing proportions? All of these statements and more are what come to mind when this game is mentioned. With its tight controls and before its time visuals Sonic '06 is one of the most advanced "video games" of its time.

My first memory of this game was all the way back when I was 12 and I think it may be the catalyst that caused my alcoholism. Once played nothing seemed to live up to the same standard of quality portrayed in this indie masterpiece. With pumping, energetic music and well timed and funny quips from the characters, it's almost impossible to find a flaw in this stunning game.

The well pieced together story and glorious environments are yet another big plus for this game and seemingly without flaw, I see it fit to give this game a perfect score.
